Smart Government
As part of our partnership with the UAE government, our journey began in 2001 with the transition from paper-based services to electronic services. We then continued alongside this transformation toward fully accessible 24/7 services through smart applications, culminating in the launch of our TV program “Smart Government” in 2011.
This pioneering program was the first national TV program to highlight the progress of government institutions in their smart transformation journey. It aired weekly on UAE channels for more than five years.
Through the program, we conducted interviews with key decision-makers, showcased smart government applications, and presented reports on technological advancements and future visions in the UAE and around the world.
We also guided the public on how to use smart applications offered by UAE ministries, authorities, and government institutions, contributing to spreading awareness and making these services easily accessible anytime and anywhere.
The program received several national and international awards, most notably at the Geneva International Conference on Information Society in 2016, where it was recognized as the best Arab program in educating the public about smart services and global technological advancements. Its impact continued later through renewed formats aligned with the digital transformation journey.
