“Modhesh: Master of Surprises” Program
25 years ago, we created its idea and brought it to life, an iconic cartoon character representing the festive spirit of Dubai.
It was the first achievement of its kind, turning a cartoon character into a live TV program that interacts with children. The show received live calls from kids, spoke with them, and involved them in fun competitions, broadcasting live on Dubai TV in 2001.
The program featured more than 140 daily TV episodes and received over 50,000 phone calls from children who interacted live with Modhesh from all around the world.
“Modhesh: The Surprise Master” was the first live animated TV program of its kind, and continues to bring joy and entertainment to audiences today, alongside the cartoon reporter “Zaytouna,” who accompanied him in daily segments.
Modhesh has become a character deeply rooted in the memories of generations since its creation.
