In support of national Emirati work, “Watani Al Emarat Foundation” today announced the launch of a media program titled “The UAE National Program for Development Pioneers”, in cooperation with the Arabian Media Network. The initiative will serve as a comprehensive platform covering all vital sectors across the UAE, and will include a television program, a radio program, press publications, as well as dedicated social media pages and an official website.

His Excellency Darar Belhoul Al Falasi, Executive Director of the Foundation, stated that the objective of this program reflects the vision of the UAE’s wise leadership, which is committed to building human capital, investing in its development, strengthening its connection to society, and highlighting its role in national development. He explained that the Foundation is launching this program as a media platform that highlights distinguished individuals from all nationalities residing in the UAE who have contributed to the country’s development journey, in recognition of their role in supporting progress and in belief in the importance of joint national work.

He added that the participation of Emirati citizens in strengthening the development process, building state capabilities, and utilizing its resources across various fields deserves attention and recognition. This initiative aims to present a living model for future generations of the legacy established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may he rest in peace, and continued by his sons.

UAE Joint Broadcasting and Honoring Development Pioneers

To implement all technical and media coordination aspects of the program, the Foundation has chosen to collaborate with the Arabian Media Network, due to its significant role and proven success in joint media broadcasting across the UAE and the Arab world.

The program is scheduled to air weekly throughout the year across various media institutions in the UAE, including television channels, radio stations, newspapers, and magazines. In addition, the Foundation will collaborate with the Arab Women Campaign to highlight businesswomen, innovators, and female leaders who have made a notable impact in the UAE’s development landscape.

This program comes in response to the vision of the wise leadership in recognizing competencies within the UAE, attracting talent and achievers, supporting key sectors with specialized expertise, empowering individuals, integrating them into the social fabric of the nation, and strengthening community cohesion and coexistence. Ultimately, it aims to reinforce the UAE’s development journey and enhance its presence across all fields.
